KISSED BY THE SUN

The Tom Collins cocktail is gaining popularity once again, just in time for the End-of-summer heat wave! The classic, made with Gin, lemon, and soda, is made better here with Limoncello.

Ingredients

• 2 ounces of good-quality Gin
• 1 1/2 ounces Limoncello
• 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 8 ounces of club soda
• lemon wheels for garnish

Instructions

1. In a cocktail shaker full of ice, combine the Gin, Limoncello and lemon juice. Shake well and strain into two glasses filled with fresh ice. Top each glass with 4 ounces of club soda. Garnish with lemon wheels.
