  • 1 part apple schnapps
  • 1 part vodka
  • 1 part maple syrup
  • 1 part Navan (Vanilla Cognac), Ginger Liqueur, or Vanilla Liqueur
  • 2 parts heavy cream

Place apple schnapps, vodka and maple syrup into a martini shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass to about a half inch from the rim.

 

Place the Vanilla or Ginger Liqueur and heavy cream into the same shaker.

 

Shake and strain onto the maple syrup mixture in the martini glass, creating a frothy layer of cream at the top of the glass. (Use the back of a spoon placed close to the ingredients and against the side of the glass)
