PUMPKIN-INFUSED VODKA
- 1 Fifth Vodka
- One 14-ounce can pure pumpkin puree
- 2 cinnamon sticks
I prefer to use a mid-range vodka for infusing, not too “bottom shelf”, but no need for Goose or Ketel either….Skyy works great here. Using a large glass canister, bottle or jar with a wide mouth, combine the vodka, pumpkin puree and cinnamon sticks. Stir to combine, cover, then place
the Jar in the back of your refrigerator for about a week, stirring every few days. Strain the Vodka through a fine sieve after seven days and store in the fridge until ready to serve.

HOLIDAY PUMPKIN MARTINIS
- 4 ounces of your homemade pumpkin-infused vodka
- 1 ounce Amaretto
- 1 ounce heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- Cinnamon Sticks, for garnish
To garnish the two glasses, pour a tablespoon or so of the homemade vodka onto a small, shallow plate. Put the graham cracker crumbs on another plate. Dip the rim of each of each martini glass in the vodka,
then coat in the crumbs.
Combine the vodka, Amaretto and cream in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake, shake, shake, then strain into the prepared martini glass, garnish with a cinnamon stick and serve.
