Festive Recipes for Tequila Cocktails for Christmas & New Years…Now That’s the Spirit!

BESOS CON LECHES
- 2 oz Azunia Platinum
- 1 oz Tres Leches liquor
- 1 oz double cream
- 1/2 oz Chambord
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice for 15 seconds. Strain into a chilled martini glass, rimmed with white chocolate shavings. Garnish with a spear of fresh raspberries and serve.
CAROLERS CONFECTION
- 1 oz Azunia Reposado
- 4 oz freshly brewed hot coffee
- 1 package hot cocoa mix
- 1/2 oz Spanish Brandy
- Garnish: Marshmallows
Combine all ingredients in a coffee mug and topwith marshmallows.
LEMON HERB CELLO
- 1 bunch of fresh tarragon
- 2 oz Azunia Platinum
- 1/2 oz lemon thyme syrup
- 1/2 oz Azunia Agave Nectar
- Splash of fresh lemon juice
- Splash of fresh lime juice
Tear one bunch of tarragon leaves into a martini shaker. Add tequila, lemon thyme syrup, agave nectar and a splash of fresh lemon and lime juice. Shake with ice and strain into a julep strainer into a martini glass.
PEPPERMINT SPARKLER
- 2 oz Azunia Anejo
- ½ oz Agave Nectar
- ½ oz Lime Juice
- Splash Crème de Menthe White
- 4 fresh mint leaves
Glassware: Champagne Flute
Shake all ingredients (champagne excluded) together in a martini shaker.
Pour and strain inside of a champagne flute andtop with champagne. This cocktail is a perfect transition from Christmas into New Years. Top with a mint leaf as a garnish.
SILK STOCKING
- 2 oz Azunia Anejo
- 1 oz Heavy Cream
- 1 oz Godiva Chocolate Liquor
- 1 tsp Chambord
Glassware: Cocktail Glass
Shake all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
