- 3 medium-sized bananas, peeled and cut into 1 inch pieces
- sour cream
- shredded coconut or chopped peanuts
Freeze the bananas on a tray covered with wax paper for 3-4 hours. Dip the frozen banana pieces into the sour cream, covering completely. Then roll them in coconut or peanuts. Return the coated pieces to a tray and freeze 1 hour more.
Enjoy frozen or defrosted!
