Chris Wilson joined Emeril’s Restaurant in New Orleans in 1993 and today he serves as the Culinary Director for Emeril’s empire. Chris oversees all of the culinary operations for Emeril Lagasse’s three restaurants in New Orleans, and Emeril’s Gulf Coast Fish House in Gulfport, MS and he is one of the most talented chef's I know (and have had the privilege of cooking with!). He knows seafood inside and out and he'll give us the current condition of the fish from The Gulf, what to eat and how to cook it!
