These delicious, quick and easy 4-ingredient cookies can be made with either creamy or chunky peanut butter.

  • 2 cups peanut butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda


Preheat the oven to 350°F.


Beat all of the ingredients in a bowl, using a wooden spoon or spatula, until smooth. Chill the dough for 30 minutes before baking.


Form 1-inch balls of dough and flatten to discs.  Place the discs of cookie dough on ungreased cookie sheets about 1-inch apart.


Bake for 8-10 minutes. Allow the cookies to cool completely on the baking sheets before removing.


Makes about 2 Dozen Cookies
