Beware, these cookies tend to burn more easily so keep an eye on them!
- 2/3 cup unsalted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup sugar substitute (liquid Sweet n' Low or Spoonful Equal)
- or try using 1/2 white sugar substitute and half Sugar Free Brown Sugar
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sugar free chocolate chips
Beat butter in mixer till fluffy. Add eggs & vanilla. Mix in sugar substitute. Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Add dry ingredients to butter mixture and blend well. Drop the dough by teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
