FROZEN KEY LIME MOUSSE PIE

Creamy, rich, light and luscious…

This no-bake pie is a snap to make.

Top with a sprinkling of toasted coconut.



8 ounces key lime juice

1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

2 (8-ounce) tubs frozen whipped topping

Two store-bought or homemade 9-inch graham cracker pie crusts

Toasted coconut, for garnish

In a large mixing bowl whisk together the lime juice and sweetened condensed milk. Fold in 1 tub whipped topping. Divide evenly between the 2 crusts. Top the pies with remaining frozen whipped toping.

Freeze at least four hours before serving.
