- 3 oz. white chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 2/3 cup powdered sugar
- 2 t. vanilla
- 4 oz. bittersweet chocolate, chopped
First spray an 8 inch square glass pan with non-stick cooking spray. Melt the white chocolate using a double boiler or the microwave. Stir the peanut butter into the melted chocolate, then stir in the sugar and vanilla. Pour the mixture into the glass pan and spread in an even layer.
Melt the bittersweet chocolate. Quickly pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter mixture and spread evenly. Refrigerate until set. Cut into 1 inch squares.
