- 1/4 cup green Crème de Menthe
- 1 1-pound bag marshmallows
- 1 8-ounce container Cool Whip
- 1 prepared chocolate cookie crust
Combine the marshmallows and Crème de Menthe in a saucepan over low heat, stirring often, until the mixture is entirely melted.
Let the mixture cool completely, then fold in the Cool Whip.
Pour the mixture into the prepared chocolate cookie crust and refrigerate until firm.
Makes 1 Delicious Pie
