- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- Juice of one orange
- Juice of one lemon
- 1/2 jalapeno, sliced
- 1 shallot, peeled and sliced
- 3 garlic cloves garlic, mined
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, diced
- 1/4 cup freshly chopped cilantro
- 4 6-ounce Salmon filets
Do Not Preheat Your Oven!
Mix all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk to combine. Place the salmon filets in a baking dish and pour the sauce on top.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil or a lid and place in a cold oven. Set the oven to 375°F and set your kitchen timer for 20 minutes. Remove the salmon from the oven promptly at the 20 minute mark.
Serve the salmon with the sauce over top.
