Black beans combine with bottled salsa, sour cream and hot sauce for the perfect complement to these HOT wings!

  • 3 pounds chicken wings
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

Black Bean Dip

  • 1 cup cooked black beans, drained
  • 1/4 cup prepared salsa
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoons limejuice
  • 2 teaspoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons hot sauce
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste

Prepare your BBQ, stovetop grill or broiler. Season the wings with salt and pepper and place them on the grill or under the broiler. Grill or broil, turning often, until cooked through, about 10- 12 minutes per side. Place the wings in bowl and coat with melted butter. Add hot sauce, cumin, cilantro and limejuice. Toss well to coat.

For the Black Bean Salsa, combine all of the ingredients in the food processor and process until smooth. Serve the wings with the Black Bean Dip.
