This creamy dip has a tang, sweetness and a touch of heat from the raw garlic. Serve with Pita Chips, raw veggies, smothered on slices of roast chicken and as a spread on sandwiches.
- 1 – 8 oz. Package Melissa's Peeled & Steamed Beets
- 2 tablespoons Tahini (sesame seed paste)
- 2 to 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- salt and white pepper to taste
- Process all ingredients in a food processor. Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning.
