CHEF JAMIE STUFFING BREAD

Perfect for using up leftover Stuffing, this bread makes the ultimate day-after sandwich!

4 cups leftover holiday stuffing
3 whole eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons heavy cream
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1/4 cup freshly chopped herbs (rosemary, thyme, basil, etc.)
1/2 to 1 cup chicken broth

Preheat the oven to 325°F. In a large mixing bowl combine the stuffing eggs, cream, garlic and herbs. Add enough chicken broth to just moisten the mixture and bind the dough (to not make the mixture too wet). Pack the mixture into a standard-size loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until set and dry in the center.

Let the bread cool completely before slicing.

Makes 1 Standard-Sized Loaf
