BACON BBQ POTATO SALAD

Smokey, sweet flavor from bacon and store-bought barbecue sauce makes this potato salad tangy and delicious. I guarantee that it will make multiple appearances at picnics and parties in your future!

4 pounds small red potatoes
1/2 pound applewood-smoked bacon
1 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons spicy mustard
2 tablespoons sherry wine vinegar
3 celery ribs, diced
1/4 cup freshly chopped parsley
Salt and freshly ground pepper
